Trying to reach anyone at customer service is impossible! I made a one-time purchase and was then automatically billed as a subscription without my knowledge. I kept the second shipment and attempted to cancel the subscription and was unable to connect with anyone. After receiving the third order, I was finally able to reach someone. When I returned the item they provided only a partial refund and they refuse to answer my emails inquiring where the rest of my refund is. Instead I receive automated responses stating how to cancel my order, which doesn't work anyway. Sadly, seeing previous issues/reviews suggest this has been happening for years!

They are horrible with customer service. Most responses are automated emails and the phone number listed for them states that "the team is in a meeting" and can't take your call no matter what time you call.

Yes. You can find comparable products on Amazon at a much better price.
